Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will provide the necessary documentation requested by each individual insurance company.
It is the patient’s responsibility to arrive for sessions on time. We are unable to adjust scheduled session length for latecomers. If notified 24 hours in advance, it is clinic policy not to charge for missed sessions. Otherwise, there will be a full charge. In the case of same-day illness, the clinic must be notified a least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Regularly scheduled times cannot be held for patients who repeatedly cancel their scheduled appointments.
